Get Stuffed Enterprises is all about South African Cheese and having fun with it. Valerie Elder is passionate about cheese and exposing the “heart” of quality product to a willing market.

SA cheese has grown & developed through the last 15 years and so has Get Stuffed & The Real Cheese. Mixing the creative artist element of cheesemakers and chefs gives an exciting array of World Class Award Wining cheeses with ideas of what to do with them. All our cheeses from now nearly 40 different farms country wide, are preservative free, no artificial additives and predominantly made with vegetable rennet. Goat & sheep cheeses listed with SAGS as 100% pure and cow’s milk products in the main farmed on or within organic principals.

The Real Cheese is the shop front catering to the increasing numbers of people who are looking for quality cheese. Real Cheese also assists those who need to follow a lactose intolerance programme.


Cheese is such a wonderfully light topic, cheese is made to be enjoyed. While we are serious about our quality and standard, we have fun with creating something different for you; artisenal cheese, handmade with love and passion.

Firmly behind the growth of quality farm cheese and with close links with the best restaurants in the Cape gives access to enormous creativity from South Africa’s top chefs and that coupled with the artist in the dairy and of course not to mention the cow, goat or sheep, WELL we have a winning equation – CHEESE – All the cheese we work with is free of colourants, preservatives and artificial additives also the farms today work with vegetable rennets as opposed to animal.
